Our founder Nurse Practitioner, Julie Walker has almost 40 years of experience as a qualified nurse. Qualified to degree level, Bsc (Hons) Nurse Practitioner in 2003. She has been an Independent Nurse Prescriber for over 20 years.
Julie established Skin Academy NE in 2008 to offering advanced aesthetic treatments using FDA approved high quality products, supplied by regulated pharmacies in the UK.
Julie is a member of the British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses and a member of Aesthetics Complications Expert Group and able to expertly manage any complications or difficulties that may arise.
Our commitment is to provide the highest quality of treatments in the safest possible way.
